Retreat led by Rita London, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Instructor and Energy & Sound Healer. Rita is passionate about sharing the fast-acting and healing “technology” of Kundalini Yoga and its transformative impact. She teaches in NYC at Golden Bridge Yoga, the Open Center, NYU Medical Center and in her home studio in Brooklyn. She also has a private practice where she teaches meditation and Yoga one-one-one and gives healing treatments.
